Mandate

Erod Creative Agency assisted Services Québec des Laurentides and Services Québec de Laval in designing and producing an event dedicated to job retention in each of these regions. The agency was responsible for creating the visual signatures, producing communication materials, and coordinating the event, including managing registrations, supervising suppliers, and providing on-site entertainment. Each mandate was carried out in close collaboration with the regional team and employment assistance organizations in order to respond to distinct needs and realities.

Think

For each of the two mandates, Erod worked directly with regional teams to define the objectives, messages, and priorities specific to their territory. Given that familiarity with employment retention services and synergies between stakeholders vary from one region to another, it was essential to understand the current issues in each region and adapt the content and workshops accordingly. This strategic phase made it possible to tailor the tone, content, and experience to the reality of each regional office.


Create

We designed two distinct visual signatures, each rooted in regional identity and needs. For the Laurentians, the artistic direction evoked the cooperation and vitality of the region, accompanied by a resource directory given to participants. For Laval, the visual approach was more corporate, supported by information sheets designed for businesses and individuals. In both cases, Erod produced posters, digital visuals, signage, banners, easel tents, surveys, and presentation tools for the event.


Display

Our creative team handled the entire deployment for each event, including logistical coordination, registration management, supplier supervision, and on-site presence to support the regional team and assist with facilitation. We ensured consistent implementation of the visual signature, signage, and communication tools, guaranteeing a professional, seamless experience aligned with Services' mission.
