Erod helped Lait Charbonneau develop a targeted communication strategy for their peak season, including content creation and management of social media campaigns. Through content creation by our team and collaborations with content creators, we developed authentic visuals to reflect the local, artisanal identity of Lait Charbonneau, their high-quality products, and devoted team. This approach aimed to increase brand visibility and popularity, attract new customers, and generate more traffic to their shop and points of sale.

Think

With an existing community of loyal followers and a rapidly expanding distribution network, Lait Charbonneau wanted to take the next step to solidify its visibility and reach new customers. To do this, Erod developed a thoughtful strategy that would strengthen the brand’s local roots while also expanding its audience. Through our analysis, we identified three main customer profiles: foodies seeking local artisanal products; families wanting fast and nutritious solutions; and athletes looking for healthy food options. These findings are what guided the implementation of communication tools that were adapted and aligned to the dairy’s artisanal values.


Create

With the content list ready, and the shooting schedule set up, we made our way to the farm to capture photos and videos to showcase the artisanal world of the dairy. Inspired by trends on Instagram and TikTok, we created carrousels, static visuals, reels, and stories to add a new dimension to the graphic ecosphere of the brand.

In addition, we developed recipes and lifestyle content in collaboration with creators who were specifically selected to align farm products and creative concepts with the customer profiles identified in the strategy.

Display

A structured rollout on Meta and TikTok allowed Lait Charbonneau to reach new heights in brand visibility. In just a few weeks, their Facebook page got more than 3.2 million views, reached 769,883 more unique users and doubled its follower base. Their reach on Instagram jumped 379.5% and engagement went up 20.9%, and TikTok registered a spectacular uptick in user engagement and followers. The results of these campaigns demonstrate that the approach was effective and on point.
