Think

Faced with new local competition, St-Hubert rotisseries in the Laurentians needed to not only maintain their reputation, but also strengthen their relationship with their customers in order to retain their loyalty.

Create

Our team designed a campaign focused on the very essence of St-Hubert: the timeless comfort of its classics. Building on its 40-year history in the region, the campaign celebrated the community's attachment to its iconic restaurant.

Faced with the arrival of a new competitor, differentiating messages such as “The only rooster in town” and “A classic cannot be replaced” reaffirmed St-Hubert as an essential and unrivaled reference in the Laurentians.

What was the reaction? A high-profile campaign that strengthened local awareness, consolidated ties with residents, and positioned St-Hubert as the first choice, despite the competition.

Display

To bring the strategy to life, we deployed a multi-channel plan designed to promote St-Hubert wherever its customers are. On the road with impactful highway signage, online with engaging videos, contests, and carousels, and in local media with print ads.

Retargeting and storytelling initiatives helped build loyalty among existing customers, highlighting the history of the restaurants and the franchisees' involvement in their communities.

The result? A multi-channel campaign that generated significant reach, strengthened customer relationships, and positioned St-Hubert as THE rotisserie of choice in the region.
